C3S launches its Issue Brief initiative. An issue brief is a summary of the knowledge surrounding an issue or a problem. It summarises the issue giving clear, concise, and complete information describing all facets of a particular issue including a detailed illustration in the form of images, data, and facts. It also includes recommendations for action and predictions on the future course of an issue.

(Col Rajnish Kumar Maahi, SM is an alumnus of the Indian Military Academy and was commissioned in the Indian Army in 1999. In his illustrious career spanning over 20 years had a very judicious mix of Command, Staff, and Instructional appointments in varied operational environments. The officer actively took part in OPERATION PARAKRAM and commanded his unit in the High Altitude region along the LAC and along the LOC. The officer has been a Colonel General Staff Intelligence in a Command Headquarters. He is presently pursuing advanced learning in Cyber Intelligence, Certified Ethical Hacking and analysis from the European Council, and is a regular contributor on strategic affairs for various journals.
