Abstract:
The CoV-SARS-2 pandemic has turned out to be an existential crisis around the world. Very few countries have remained unaffected by the chain of events that were triggered in China. Millions have been infected and thousands upon thousands have died straining and overwhelming health and medical facilities everywhere. Continuing from a series of such viral infections emanating from China in the last two decades, the current calamity of an unprecedented magnitude needs a detailed investigation, particularly the events in the last two weeks of December 2019 and the first three weeks of January 2020. This paper investigates all critical aspects of COVID-19 as it pertains to China and WHO. The purpose is to explore if both China and WHO- singly, together or both – mishandled the disease in its entire chain of spreading.
